so fucking appropriate, lately.
off to three things today.
1. US Uncut, protesting a Bank of America for tax dodging.
2. Wisconsin Solidarity rally.
3. “Women’s Health” rally, which is a framing I hate because I wish people would say ABORTION when they mean abortion, and because Planned Parenthood doesn’t just provide services for women or even just women and trans/genderqueer folks with uteruses, it provides services for EVERYONE and thus attacks on it are just really part of the class war ANYWAY but I’ll save that rant cause y’all have heard it, right?
Anyway, we have made some hilarious/offensive signs and I’m taking Con Markiewicz’s advice and wearing strong boots, a short skirt, Badger red tights, my “Hornet’s Nest of Revolutionary Feminism” T-shirt and some red lipstick.
Cause there’s nothing sexier than fighting back, baby.
